Special Note:  the Dave-Amerika-Affiliate-Program is in no way affiliated with the Amazon.com affiliate program, although we love and respect the people who make it happen.  As a matter of completeness, though, the editors of Bringbackdaveamerika.com must comment that it is their opinion that the notion of "patenting" the concept of an affiliate program is ludicrous.  We stand in opposition to that patent, even though we think all the guys who actually create the Amazon.com affiliate program are really cute and we like them.  It isn't personal, it's a matter of principle.  Kind of like the notion that we are a loser generation.  Don't take it personally!
